The National Pest Management Association’s annual Pest World convention began today at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in New Orleans. This year’s Pest World meeting offers many different features, including the opportunity for pest control professionals to network with other pest control professionals, researchers and vendors. People attending the Pest World convention have the opportunity to earn valuable re-certification credits with educational sessions led by world renowned pest control experts. Plunkett's technical director and entomologist Jay Bruesch will be attending this year as a speaker, discussing bed bug heat treatments and how to increase success rates for effective treatments.
