There are no planned pricing changes for existing services for the remainder of 2026. In rare situations where a service was previously provided at no charge, an adjustment may be necessary — but if anything impacts your specific service, we will communicate that with you directly.

Will I see the same technician?

You may continue to see familiar faces. In some cases, a new technician may be assigned as we align routes and services across our teams. Every Plunkett’s technician is trained to deliver the same standard of care you’ve come to expect.

Will my payment information transfer over?

For your security, payment methods do not transfer automatically. You’ll be able to securely add your payment details through the new customer portal or by contacting our team. Recent payments made to Prompt Action are being reconciled to ensure everything is properly accounted for.

Plunkett’s handles pest control services, while Varment Guard Wildlife Services specializes in professional wildlife removal. Depending on your needs, you may work with one or both teams. Rest assured, they’re part of the same trusted family of companies.

You’ll receive access to a new customer portal through Plunkett’s via emailed invoices. If you’d like access sooner, contact our team and we’ll get you set up.
