Plunkett’s Pest Control, Inc. has acquired Hansen Services, Inc., a Chicago based pest control company that provides full-service pest control services in the three main counties of Chicago: Cook, Will, and DuPage. This acquisition merges two privately owned pest control companies and expands Plunkett’s service capabilities in the greater Chicago area.
Stacy O’Reilly, owner and president of Plunkett’s Pest Control, says that “Hansen Services stood out to us because of their family values and wonderful client relations, and we are working closely with Robin and Tom to help integrate clients into the Plunkett system, and to help transition their technicians and office staff to positions at Plunkett’s. I have a lot of respect for the company that Robin and her father built and the partnership they developed with their clients. We are looking forward to learning from the team and doing what we can to help everyone continually grow and improve.”
Hansen Services’ owners, Robin and Tom Stewart commented on the merger, saying “Good employees and customers are the backbone of our company.
